After our vacation in Zell am See I said to my mom that someday I would make a painting of one of my pictures I took there. And I finally did it last month! And I gave it for my mom as a Christmas gift. I could tell from her reaction when she saw it that she loves it. Such a great feeling to see someone getting touched by looking at something made by yourself.
"Oh my dear child", she said, all touched and full of happiness and gave me a hug. <3 She's gonna hang the painting on a wall in our living room. AND even frame it!
I made the painting on canvas with acrylic colours. As tools I used brushes, palette knives and paper towels. The paper towels were surprisingly good tools for making clouds!
